Destinee did such a great job cleaning our vacation rental! She was prompt and efficient. The owners Jessica and Jason are very responsive and so helpful and kind – they went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. We do not live in the same state that our rental home is, so it is important to have a cleaning company we trust. After some bad experiences with other cleaning companies, Coastal House Cleaning was a breath of fresh air – we will be using them from now on!

Professional, respectful, reasonable and responsive. I had another cleaning company (Green Frog) come out to do a move in/out on a rental and their work was so awful I had to hire another company to come and do a re-do cleaning. Jessika from Coastal House Cleaning went out of her way to get me help that same day, which I needed so that a renter could move in that evening. The job was done quickly, thoroughly, and reasonably. Customer service was an A+ as well. Highly recommend!!!

I needed a cleaner fast – last minute from another cleaner canceling on me.  They showed up on time next day – great cleaning – very nice hard working peopled.  HIghly recommend

Jessika and her team are amazing at what they do! My wife and I recently listed our house on Airbnb while we were traveling for a month so we wanted a reliable team that was able to come in on time and make our home comfortable for guests. We had 5 guests and 5 cleanings and all I can say is that we now have a 5 star Airbnb, a big part of which is the cleanliness factor. I could get ahold of the team at any time and even had a couple of nuanced requests that they were able to tackle no problem. I would highly recommend Coastal House Cleaning whether or not you’re planning on hosting guests…it’s always nice to walk in and smell the fresh scent of a perfectly clean home.
