- No — most of our clients provide a key or door code. We're bonded and insured and take the responsibility of being in your home seriously.
- What's included in a standard recurring clean?
- Standard cleans include kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting accessible surfaces, emptying trash, and making beds (when linens are provided). Deep cleans go further — inside appliances, baseboards, cabinet fronts, and more.
- Are your cleaners background-checked?
- Yes. Everyone who cleans with us has been through a background check.
- What if I'm not satisfied with the clean?
